At Sovereign Vent Blocks, we are committed to providing top-quality vent blocks and ensuring customer satisfaction. To maintain fairness and clarity, please carefully review our returns policy before purchasing.

1. Inspection at Delivery

  • Customers are responsible for inspecting all vent blocks upon delivery.
  • Any damages or defects must be reported immediately to the delivery personnel or within 24 hours of receiving the blocks. After this period, Sovereign will assume the goods were received in good condition.

2. Returns and Refunds Policy

  • Eligibility for Returns:
    • Returns are only accepted for blocks that are proven to have been delivered in a defective or damaged state.

4. Replacement and Refund Policy

  • Replacement blocks will be provided free of charge if damage is verified as Sovereign's responsibility.
  • Refunds will be processed for defective blocks if replacements are unavailable. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of approval.

5. Customer Responsibility

  • Once goods are delivered in good condition, Sovereign is not liable for damages resulting from:
    • Mishandling during transport or installation by the customer or third parties.
    • Exposure to weather, improper storage, or other environmental factors.
  • Customers must ensure proper storage and handling of the blocks post-delivery.

6. Final Sale Items

  • Custom-made or special-order vent blocks are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
